Whatever is taught in a house of worship can be tested for the truth with a few simple questions:
Does it glorify Jesus Christ?
The truth will make Jesus Christ greater to all who receive the truth (E. Rohn)! Because Jesus Christ is literally God incarnate, Who is sometimes called the “Son of God”, the truth about Him will bring awe, wonder and love for Him to everyone who realizes what He has done for us.
Does it make us more like the early church in the Book of Acts?
Paul warned in the Book of Galatians 1:8, “Though we or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” (_King James Bible_.Frank Charles Thompson)Hebrews 8:5 exhorts ,”See, saith he, that thou make all things according to the pattern.” (_King James Bible_.Frank Charles Thompson) Furthermore, Jude 3 says, “Earnestly contend for the faith that was once delivered unto the saints.” (_King James Bible_.Frank Charles Thompson) (E.
